1. Acceptance

Migra is operated by Alejandro Portillo Guerrero, a sole trader based in Spain, reachable at [email protected]. By downloading or using Migra, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Not a medical device

Migra is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. The MIDAS and HIT-6 reports are validated screening tools meant to support conversations with your doctor — not replace medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment.

3. Subscriptions

Migra offers optional Pro subscriptions: Monthly and Annual plans. Subscriptions are managed by Apple’s App Store. Annual plans include a 7-day free trial for first-time users; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the annual price will be charged. You can cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

Migra Pro can also be bought on this website. Those purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (or Paddle.com Inc. for US customers), our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, billing, invoicing, taxes and customer support for web purchases, and Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms apply in addition to these terms. Web purchases are charged immediately, with no free trial, and renew automatically at the end of each 12-month term unless cancelled. After paying you receive a one-time link that unlocks Pro in the Migra iPhone app; the link expires after 60 minutes and can be used once, and a fresh link can be requested by email.

To cancel a web subscription, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or write to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid term.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Summarised below and set out in full in our Refund Policy.

App Store purchases. All refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard App Store policies. Apple’s refund process: support.apple.com/HT204084.

Web purchases (getmigra.com). Refunds for purchases made through Paddle are governed by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. If you are unhappy with Migra Pro, contact [email protected] or paddle.net within 14 days of the charge and we will refund you in full. Refund requests after 14 days, or for a renewal you did not cancel in time, are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK.

5. Intellectual property

Migra, the brand, logo, and app code are owned by Alejandro Portillo Guerrero. You’re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. No warranty

Migra is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Migraine triggers and patterns vary widely; the app’s insights are based on your data and may not predict every attack.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
